We will check your temperature every time you enter the hotel

Authorized personal will perform non-invasive temperature controls to guests, clients, providers and employees using digital thermometers. The person who shows a temperature higher than 38°C will be taken to a private area for a secondary body temperature test. If that temperature is mantained, the person will be recommended to attend to a medical center and the entry to the hotel will be denied.

In order to minimize the interaction and the direct contact with the surfaces in our hotel, we have taken the necessary technical arrangements for all of our clients.

E-mails services to check-in and check-out online in order to reduce the interaction with the personnel.

Telephone assistance to the guest: through the Whatsapp platform you will get all the information about the hotel, as well as any consultation or service required. You could also place your room service or minibar orders.

Cleaning Protocols

Surface cleaning in common areas: disinfection of the reception, lobby, halls, bathrooms, restaurants and other common areas of the hotel, and are performed according protocols, products and frequency of cleaning. Disinfection of rooms, suitcases at the entrance of the hotel and the room cards, which will be deposited in a fishbowl when checking-out. We use technology and maximum efficiency cleaning products in all of the surfaces, objects and decorative elements, and clinically proven protocols in textile washing.

Personal Protective Materials

Disinfectant dispensers will be located in the entrances of all of the contact areas for employees, guests and clients such as: hotel entrances, reception, Bar, Restaurant, Art Gallery, Fitness Club, Salons, access to elevators, back office halls, casino entrances, staff bathrooms and administrative offices.

Meal Services Adapted to the Current Situation

In order to reduce risks, we have adapted our processes of ordering, preparation, delivery, consumption and payment of restaurant, bar and room services in our hotel.

  • Access to the menú through QR codes.
  • Our Buffet service will be replaced. Now we will serve your food straight to your table and it will have an adequate distance. 
  • Food safety: We reduced the handling of products and the human contact both in its preparation and its delivery. All crockery used will be washed at high temperatures and its storage will be checked.
  • Rooms service: Our restaurant and rooms service follow strict security protocols.
