Policies: 

• Pets are not allowed except for guide dogs for passengers with visual disabilities.  

• Our hotel is non-smoking. Since March 1st, 2013 it is strictly prohibited in Chile to smoke in public closed environments, such as restaurants, cafés, public transportation and also your hotel room as stated in the Law N° 20.660. Should we discover one of our guests breaking this law, a fine of USD 100 will be placed into his/her room bill.  

• Foreign passengers presenting a passport are exempt from paying VAT by paying either cash, or credit card.  

• The Hotel does not admit the entry of an adult with a minor, who does not have a blood relationship, or comes without a power of attorney from the parents, since "The commercial sexual exploitation of children is a crime".
